Today I made a list of potentially energetic strategic actions to help me achieve my desired state.
I picked one at random, which was to call a friend who I always feel uplifted when I speak to her – unfortunately she was out, but even just thinking about her made me feel good!
I’m also going to yoga class tonight (my second one ever), as I think this will be good for me opening up the energy flow in my life and making me more flexible.
The other thing I have done over the last two days is teach myself to knit continental style, I’ve seen the most awesome pattern but hadn’t knit anything since I was about 9, but I just have to make this pattern! Continental style knitting is quicker than the way I was taught by my nana and I’m really pleased I’ve got the hang of it. (I know that might not seem exciting to some people – but yarn crafts really rock my world!)
As you can see the energetically strategic action isn’t about achieving a particular monetary target – but is working on shifting my energetic state into something more positive. When I look down my list, it’s surprising how many are very physically active. I really feel the need to get moving more now it’s spring.
I started my new part-time work today too. It’s similar to a role I had before, but I’m enjoying it more already.
Next task is to work out what linear actions I need to take towards my goal.
